Smartling is seeking a Demand Generation & ABM marketer with a creative mindset to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in driving strategic marketing initiatives aimed at targeted accounts, while closely aligning with sales goals to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and practical execution abilities with knowledge of email, paid advertising and content strategies.

You Will

  • Drive engagement and build pipeline within Smartling’s target accounts by executing marketing initiatives with a major emphasis on integrated account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create target account segments & develop tailored messaging, content, and landing page strategies per segment
  • Measure and report on the success of ABM & Demand Gen initiatives utilizing key KPIs
  • Activate marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align ABM strategies with overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment email lists and tailor campaigns for specific customer segments
  • Craft persuasive email content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and ICP

You Have

  • 4+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing roles within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on ABM, email marketing, project management, and experience with paid advertising
  • Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABM strategies and campaigns across multiple channels in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of pipeline growth in target accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing funnel, account-based, and pipeline metrics

Preferred But Not Required

  • Demonstrated understanding of GA4
  • Demonstrated understanding of paid advertising channels and metrics
  • Proficiency working in spreadsheets with the ability to create pivot tables, visualizations & understand data reporting

The US national pay for this position may land between $97,000-$115,000 depending on market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level. The final offer amount will be determined by these factors.
