Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Iraqi Localize as a Digital and Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our company’s operations, client management, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Blog Management: Update and maintain the Iraqi Localize blog with the latest information on Iraq Companies Policy. This includes researching, translating, and publishing relevant articles.
  2. Account and Project Management: Oversee large accounts and projects, ensuring timely updates to clients, coordinating with translators, and managing deadlines, payments, and invoices.
  3. Social Media and Content Management: Handle internal projects related to social media, including collaborating with designers to create and publish content, and managing client interactions.
  4. Logistics and Financial Management: Manage company logistics, including tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
  5. Translator Coordination: Follow up with translators regarding tasks assigned by the manager to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in translation and content management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Digital Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Experience in translation and localization projects
  • Proficiency in content management systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in English<>Arabic translation
  • Relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Translation, or related field
