Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, support and follow up of Digital plan in a Omnichannel Engagement Approach, optimizing the experience and strategies with different brands and Customer segments and working with the whole cross-functional team. At some point the candidate could lead some transformation capabilities adoption.

For The Development Of This Job Will Need To

  • Lease with any Business Owner, especially Brand manager, to develop and execute Digital solutions, taking part of brand team and giving advice and recommendations to improve customer experience, Cover needs and Achieve Plans and brand objectives
  • Understand Brand needs, identify Brand Opportunities and be able to transform them in Multi-Channel Engagement /Digital Solutions.
  • Lead the Evaluation of any Third or External Party websites [Societies, Vendors] with potential value to deliver Digital services and Lead Contract and Analysis of Campaign Effectiveness along the time as support for all Digital team.
  • Vendor management with external agencies to help implement plans and execute contracts.
  • Lead content localization, development, testing and approval for digital channels, aligned with the brand Priorities by segment.
  • Develop a strong understanding of digital channels available, technical requirements and Integration among them, working in a regulated environment.
  • Design some of the Digital assets for the brand, using Lilly approved tools and manage operational Lilly systems for execution.
  • Track digital results and evaluate brand Multi-Channel Engagement programs, and help to adjust accordingly and provide solutions to Optimize Customer solutions, channel Mix or others.
  • Lead cross-functional working across functions particularly: IT, Marketing, Business Quality, Ethics & Compliance and Medical.
  • Management Broad multi-channel campaigns/Solutions or projects cross-functionally.
  • Strong Understanding of Internal process and operations related to Data, technical tools/Solutions and Business Needs to have a holistic picture.

Mandatory Qualifications And Experience

  • University Degree with Digital Master or MBA
  • Spanish Bilingual and Fluent in English (C1/Advance or equivalent).
  • Min 2 years of Digital Marketing Experience: Applying marketing principles, planning, designing Digital solutions and leveraging Digital Channels and solutions to engage customers.

Evaluation of Knowledge, skills and Experience that will be highly valued:

  • Experience in managing external source of authority solutions [External Sources of High Credibility to Customer] , services or sites with medical companies or medical societies and Pharma Industry.
  • Earned & paid & Own Media campaign.
  • CRM , Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Automation tools. Social Media channels.
  • Data Analytics Skills: Set KPis, Tracking, Optimization
  • Enthusiasm for a variety of digital technologies with the ability to assimilate complex information and systems
  • Good Communication skills

Travel Percentage: 0-15%
