You will be responsible for delivering high-quality assets across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, as well as other platforms in Spain and across Europe.

We are seeking a candidate with 5–7 years of experience in advertising agencies or production studios, with a deep understanding of project management, transcreation, and digital production processes. • Actively participate in the e-commerce strategy, proposing new services, tools, and optimizations based on current market trends and client needs.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed across e-commerce and marketing materials, both locally and regionally.
  • Regularly coordinate with cross-functional teams (creatives, developers, transcreation specialists, marketing teams) to track progress, report on project requirements, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Identify bottlenecks in production, address resource gaps, and implement solutions to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and escalate issues when necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.
  • Lead quality assurance processes, ensuring all assets are optimized for both internal reviews and live market performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of digital production processes, with a specific focus on the creation, localization, and transcreation of e-commerce materials for various European marketplaces, including Amazon.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce and transcreation projects, ensuring content is culturally and linguistically tailored for different markets in Spain and across Europe.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and their application in e-commerce environments to enhance local and regional production campaigns.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, MIRO, Slack, Trello).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
