We have an exciting new direct-hire opportunity for a Director of Strategic Partnerships!
This fully remote role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our client’s organization by identifying, closing, and managing relationships with prospective channel partners. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be a key player in expanding our client’s market presence and building long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic alliances with various marketing agencies, including traditional, digital, web design, development firms, and specialized agencies in content, PR, communications, and SEO.
- Enhance the value offered to marketing agency clients, particularly through the management of website translation and localization.
- Collaborate with agencies lacking multilingual capabilities to extend services into multilingual and multicultural digital marketing, focusing on content marketing and SEO.
- Create and formalize partnership and referral agreements with marketing agencies, tailored to the level of service provided.
- Leverage these partnerships to generate new business opportunities for Executives.
- Work with the Customer Success team to identify agencies linked to current clients, fostering additional partnerships and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with all agency partners.
- Use social media to consistently highlight partnership capabilities, sharing relevant articles and creating targeted videos.
- Conduct monthly webinars on various topics to demonstrate expertise and build trust among agencies and their clients.
- Attend partner events and meetings as needed, presenting solutions to both partners and their end customers.
- Work with the marketing team to manage email nurture campaigns aimed at agency partners.
- Work closely with legal staff to establish and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new regulations, and technological advancements that could impact the business.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to ensure that all partnership opportunities are tracked and prioritized effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of Agency work experience including proven connections from Director to CMO level.
- 2+ years social media marketing experience.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office products.
