Shift: Day shift 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm – 1:30 am (Eastern Time – USA – Weekdays-Night Shift)

About the role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Operations Lead to join our dynamic team at a leading Language Service Provider This remote role involves sourcing and dispatching interpreters for clients in the United States via phone, text, email, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in call center operations and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch interpreters for various client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage communication with interpreters and clients through phone, text, email, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and track interpreter availability and assignments.
- Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both interpreters and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes and improve service delivery.
- Data entry for accurate record keeping on Monday.com, Salesforce, Dropbox, and other applications.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in call center operations, interpretation dispatch operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with dispatching or coordinating services is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Experience working in a language services or interpretation agency.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have reliable internet, phone and texting capability (WhatsApp).
