Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist at Loro Piana plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This position is responsible for executing various operational tasks, including order management, content localization, and coordination with regional teams to maintain a premium online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Activities:

  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Operations Manager to ensure flawless performance of our online store.
  • Assist in the execution of business operations to meet best-in-class performance benchmarks.
  • Support the establishment of performance metrics, tools, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time data and create dashboards to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to integrate feedback for continuous site functionality improvement.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues based on their business impact, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate daily operations with the regional teams to align with overall business goals.
  • Analyze online activity and sales data and update merchandising accordingly.

Profile

  • University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Business/Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience (+3 years) in E-Commerce as a work experience in a Luxury Company is highly beneficial.
  • Computer skills: Digital commerce and ordering platforms, Microsoft Office
  • Languages skills: Fluent English, any other language as a plus.
  • Dedicated professional with a passion for luxury fashion and e-commerce operations.
  • Proactivity and agility in managing different projects and tasks.
  • Mix of technical and business skills to understand and work with different stakeholders.
  • Ecommerce Support, Business Analyst experience involving operational experience related to managing web enabled technologies.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills.
  • High degree of operational skills to support metrics, and fact-based management decision making.
