We are seeking a highly organized,

detail-oriented and proactive Editorial Reviewer to ensure high-quality content review for our print products.

The Editorial Reviewer will be responsible for editing and proofreading our language courses’ printed learning materials across a variety of languages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent linguistical and editorial skills with a strong background in content review, proofreading, translation and localization.

Proficiency in at least two languages among the following is required:

Swedish, Greek, French, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, and Spanish.

Having proficiency in more than two of these languages is a plus.

You will be based in our Berlin office in the triangle of Schöneberg, Kreuzberg and Mitte.

key responsibilities

– collaborate with language experts and content creators

– ensure all content is properly translated and formatted for each language version

– review, edit and refine text content for accuracy, grammar and style

– pay attention to linguistic and cultural nuances when proofreading

– perform final quality checks and ensure they meet the highest standards for print production

Depending on the workload and new initiatives, additional tasks could also be part of this role.

who you are

We are looking for someone with substantial experience in editorial review,

with an emphasis on language-related projects.

– Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or Translation, or a related field

– Master’s degree in Linguistics is a plus

– excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

– exceptional written and spoken English,

– with proficiency in at least two other languages among Swedish, German and Greek

– substantial experience using Microsoft tools, especially Word

– collaborative and adaptable team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
