The Education and Training Intern assists in the administration, organization and presentation of company training and coaching programs, meetings and initiatives. The primary responsibilities of this role includes maintaining existing training materials and programs, creating reports related to training and coaching activities, assisting in the coordination of Education team calendars, monitoring and animating the learning App Cobalt Club and its community.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in back office activities related to classroom planning , virtual and in-store training, including follow up.
  • Support the preparation and development of courseware and materials including PowerPoint presentations, participant handouts, trainers’ guides, and other tools/materials as well as translation/localization activities.
  • Support the team in planning the induction of retail new personnel (Beauty Advisors and Counter Managers)
  • Support the management of learning App including content creation, translation revision, reporting, creation of virtual classes, follow up on attendance and results.
  • Support in planning training and coaching calendars in line with the Training & Coaching strategy
  • Support in measure and monitor the impact of the training activities (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Support in the analysis of the coaching impact on BAs’ KPI improvements
  • Support in the creation and realization of online training events, live streams and masterclass
  • Track field training and coaching actions and keep employee training records up to date
  • Adapt training modules and create new ways for training delivery.
  • Collect and share best practices from the field through Retail Coaches
  • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dynamic and motivational presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactivity, curiosity, ability to think “out of the box”.
  • Digital mindset.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
