About The Role

The Performance Marketing Specialist Email will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our email campaigns and maintaining our help center page. This person will be responsible for scheduling emails, writing content (copy) for these emails, and generating reports on their performance. In addition, you will be responsible for providing technical support and updating the Spanish help center page, ensuring that information is up to date and easily accessible to our customers. Your main objective will be to improve the effectiveness of email communications and ensure a high quality user support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Creating email content: Write engaging and effective text for email campaigns, ensuring message consistency with the brand’s identity and tone.
  • Email scheduling: Plan and schedule the sending of emails according to the marketing calendar.
  • Creating and analyzing reports:
    • Generate detailed reports on the performance of email campaigns.
    • Analyze key metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions, etc.) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Creating distribution lists: Segment and keep distribution lists up to date using specific criteria to personalize and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Zendesk administration:
    • Update, translate, and localize articles to keep the knowledge base current and accessible.
    • Ensure that the information provided is accurate and useful to users.
  • Translating articles for the help center: Adapt and translate help center articles from English to English.
  • Updating videos, images, and content for the help center:
    • Regularly review and update multimedia content to ensure its relevance and usefulness.
    • Collaborate with the design team to request the creation and/or updating of visual resources.
  • Working with other teams to translate help center videos: Coordinate with different departments for the translation and localization of training videos.

Requirements

  • Ability to generate creative and engaging content.
  • Capability to perform data analysis and create reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent fluency in English language and grammar (both verbal and written).

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with the Christian and ministry market
  • Basic experience with HTML/CSS coding
