Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an English to French/Haitian Creole Medical Interpreter at Future Group Translation Services. The role involves providing interpretation services to facilitate communication in medical settings. Responsibilities include accurately interpreting conversations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Qualifications
- English Teaching and Communication skills
- Translation proficiency in both French and Haitian Creole
- Customer Service and Training experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, French, and Haitian Creole
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Certification or training in medical interpreting
- Experience in healthcare or medical settings
