VENTES Mexico has now partnered with a leading Localization company based in the United States to find a professional, energetic, intelligent, and experienced Business Development Representative with unique skills in seeking and establishing B2B relationships with enterprise size clients in the U.S. territory.
Responsabilities include:
- Hunt new prospects. Based upon an agreed sales process, set goals and perform to established outreach activity standards, prospect meetings, new client wins, and revenue generation per quarter.
- Practice a team approach of utilizing company specialists in engaging prospective clients for the purpose of closing the deal.
- Prospecting/Marketing: contribute to meetings with Sales Team and President involving targeted prospect lists, email/call campaigns, marketing support, and exhibitions.
- Margin: Assure that proposals and quotes provide acceptable margins for the company.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of sales hunting experience with demonstrated success in closing business deals with clients of $500k+ annual spend.
- Experience in selling language services is preferred but not required.
- Highly disciplined to work a sales process and knows how to adjust to get better results.
- Enjoys exploring and experimenting with new sales techniques
- Has the ability to set up and manage long-term relationships.
- Fluent English and understanding of U.S. culture – 80% of clients are U.S.-based
- The ability to travel to U.S. (visa) is preferred but not mandatory
