Our Client is an international Translation and Localization company that specializes in localizing, translating, and interpreting media in more than 150 languages, for different sectors.

100% remote based in LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Program Manager to oversee the translation process for regulated content in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the localization industry and exceptional organizational, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the internal teams working on the program, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Team Management: Supervise, develop and strengthen lower-level teams in operations.
  • Hiring and Development: Create hiring plans, allocate budget resources, and make organizational changes to build a high-quality external team. Select and train new personnel staffed to the program.
  • Coordination: Coordinate systems, hiring, operations (PM, vendor and quality management), and client services to ensure seamless program execution and alignment across company departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage client stakeholders and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including client requests, production, and IT teams. compliance, client leadership, and procurement.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide monitoring and oversight for all areas involved in the program and serve as an escalation point for issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Connect teams around collective goals and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Account Growth: Continuously develop and implement new strategies, services, and initiatives that strengthen the client relationship and position the company as a strategic, full-service supplier.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management within the localization industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in developing and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in client-facing issue solving
  • Familiarity with systems integrations and language technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
