Job Summary:

As an Employee Relations Content Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage content related to employee relations within an organization. Your role involves creating, organizing, and distributing information, resources, and materials that support positive employee relations and promote a healthy work environment.

Job Description:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, user-centered content for different platforms and channels.
  • Writing and Editing: Write, proofread, and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the organization’s style guidelines.
  • Visual Design: Develop visuals, infographics, and other visual assets that enhance the content’s effectiveness and engagement.
  • ER Voice and Tone: Maintain consistency in ER voice and tone across all content to strengthen the organization’s messaging and identity.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, content design best practices, emerging technologies, and related topics to continually enhance content quality and innovation.

Job Requirments:

  • MUST have experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proven interest in writing social media content ( newsletters, social media posts, podcasts, and engaging videos)
  • Preferred: experience in Canva and video editing
  • Very good English copywriting skills
  • Good research skills
