This role is to support the end-to-end localization of assets for Spark’s clients. The Support Project Manager will assist in the execution of localization tasks attending to the customer’s needs. This position is primarily responsible for providing support and services to the project management team. A detail-oriented and well organized individual responsible for actively supporting production tasks.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Take direction from the lead project management team on assigned tasks
- Execute tasks as required within the toolsets, ensuring all instructions are carried out correctly
- Support the review process by sending out invitations to stakeholders and tracking responses
- Track the relevant milestones and flag any risks to schedule
- Contribute to any opportunities for process improvements seen during the execution of daily tasks
- Join team calls as required and be prepared to speak to the status of projects being tracked
- Abide by strict conformance with all clients’ non-disclosure agreements and security policies to ensure that no confidential content is leaked beyond its intended audience
