We are expanding our business and currently seeking ‘Game CS Monitoring’ staff to join our team. Kindly cherish and value your individuality and ideas, your colors will glow and shine through our globalized mindset and workflow.
Working Hours
- Day shift: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (English/ Korean skill required)
- Night shift: 00:00 AM to 09:00 AM (Traditional Chinese skill required) *priority*
Working in shifts for 5 days a week is flexible, allowing a choice between working on the weekend and taking days off during the weekdays instead.

Responsibilities
- Creating & Managing FAQ pages, Templates
- Create, improve, and suggest in-house CS process
- Monitoring the in-game status.
- Reviewing in-game content with a checklist and monitoring server status.
- Responding to players’ emails and assisting in resolving their inquiries.
- Collecting daily and weekly user data and reports.
- Recording and tracking BUG issues.
- Conduct Game Testing.
- Working on other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications
- Have experience in game industry CS from 2 years.
- Possess proficiency in English/Korean/ Traditional Chinese language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Required to have teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and handle unexpected situations.
- Passion for gaming is a plus.
