Game Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a meticulous, passionate, and highly reliable Game Operations Coordinator with expertise in Product QA and Configuration. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality gaming experiences by managing in-game localization, testing features, identifying and reporting bugs, handling configuration tasks, and supporting game events and user feedback. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and consistently dependable, with exceptional language skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough testing of game features and content, simulating end-user scenarios to identify bugs, errors, or issues affecting user experience.
  • Review and ensure the quality of in-game localization, maintaining consistency and accuracy across languages.
  • Document, prioritize, and report identified issues using the designated bug tracking system while adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor the status of reported issues and facilitate timely resolutions.

Configuration & Operational Support

  • Execute and manage backend configurations for in-app activities, events, and content releases to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Plan, execute, and review daily operational tasks across platforms, maintaining a seamless gaming experience.
  • Prepare, launch, and monitor platform events and in-game activities, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to achieve operational goals and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in QA or technical customer service in a relevant industry.
  • A genuine passion for video games, with knowledge of gaming platforms and mobile stores (iOS and Android).
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, app store requirements, and live operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance (QA) in the gaming or internet industry is a plus.
