German Language Specialist

Are you a language professional with a strong background in English and German? We are now looking for a German Language Specialist to join us as we prepare to enter the market of German-speaking countries with our innovative language-learning solution. In this role, you will contribute to localizing our English materials into German, with attention to both linguistic precision and cultural context.

At Master English, we are dedicated to revolutionizing English language learning with our fully digital solution. Following the success of our mobile app in Spanish-speaking Latin America and the USA, we are now focusing on expanding across Europe, with German-speaking countries as one of the first key regions. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact on the lives of German speakers by tailoring content that is specific to their needs.

As a German Language Specialist, you will play a key role in localizing and adapting the content of our English learning app for users in German-speaking countries. Beyond translation, your input will help create an engaging and culturally tailored experience and influence how German speakers learn and interact with English. Since 2017, we have been investing heavily in AI to transform language learning, and you’ll have the chance to leverage this technology in your work. Your knowledge of both languages will be essential in ensuring that the language experience is authentic and engaging. This is a one-year contract role, with the chance to extend based on the success of our market launch in German-speaking countries. You will work closely with our Language Specialists and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
