Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS’s Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcreating highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS’s Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS’s proprietary machine translation, AI, and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth strategy: Develop and execute the growth marketing strategy to generate leads, optimize conversion rates and maximize all growth opportunities for SCS at each stage of the funnel
  • Digital marketing leadership for SCS – Creative use of PPC, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to engage and convert target buyers across the entire customer lifecycle including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral
  • Data analysis: Analyze and interpret campaign data to understand the impact of marketing efforts
  • Website optimisation: Working with the Digital Growth team in Group Marketing and SCS content specialist, create and optimise landing pages, website copy, and buyer journeys on RWS.com to convert website visitors to leads for SCS
  • CRM strategy: Lead eCRM strategy for SCS, including lead nurture, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns
  • Marketing innovation: Experiment with and trial new channels to continually evaluate additional opportunities for growth


Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience delivering significant demand and revenue growth through digital marketing
  • Experience managing all digital marketing channels, running digital campaigns and using reports to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing tech stack including Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Skilled in creating and executing marketing plans and using marketing management tools
  • Knowledge and experience successfully utilizing all marketing channels as part of a holistic marketing plan
  • Knowledge of localization and/or technology industry is a significant advantage
  • Ability to anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse on digital marketing innovation
  • Ability to plan and manage workload of self and others
  • Positive, innovative, creative approach to marketing, open to change and always seeking new ideas, concepts and practices to enhance abilities and outputs
