Proven experience as a Hindi Translator or similar role.
Fluency in both Hindi and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
Certification in Translation is a plus.
Strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary in both languages
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Translation:
Translate written content from English to Hindi and vice versa, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the intended meaning. Translate various types of documents, including but not limited to articles, reports, marketing materials, and technical documents.
Proofreading:
Review and proofread translated materials to ensure they maintain linguistic and contextual accuracy.
Collaborate with editors and content creators to refine translated content.
Cultural Understanding:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural nuances to ensure translations are culturally appropriate.
Provide cultural insights to enhance the quality and effectiveness of translated content.
Research:
Conduct research to understand industry-specific terminology and stay updated on language trends.
Stay informed about cultural developments that may impact translation
work.
Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including writers, editors, and project managers.
Communicate with stakeholders to clarify doubts and ensure accurate translations.
Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of translation.
Seek feedback and continuously improve translation processes.
