HR & Admin Manager

Company Description

EGYCHAM is leading an HR Consultancy & Business Hub Corporate, was launched in April 2010 by 3 scopes of business (Consultancy, Training & Recruitment). We are looking to hire HR & Admin Manager for one of our clients in Translation and Localization field located in Maadi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR & Admin Manager in Maadi. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing administrative tasks, handling employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field

· Proven work experience in HR field from 10 to 15 years

· Previous experience in Translation and Localization field is preferred

· HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a must

· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

· Organizational and leadership skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in HR software and MS Office

· Maadi or nearby residences
