Role Description

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Support managers in setting employee goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Guide employees through the performance improvement process when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide support to employees on benefit-related inquiries and assist with open enrollment periods.
  • Conduct market research on salary and benefits trends to ensure competitive offerings.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and file necessary reports related to HR metrics and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
