We are looking for an Implementation Specialist in the NASA region to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in helping our clients harness the full potential of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Training: Guide enterprise clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to best leverage XTM’s localization tools to meet their needs.
  • Solution Customization: Collect and analyze customization needs and mediate communication between the Customization department and the Customer.
  • Project Management: Lead implementation projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines are met and any challenges are swiftly resolved.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate post-implementation performance to ensure that the system is operating effectively and meets the predetermined outcomes.
  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase, providing proactive support and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and to advocate for customer needs.
  • Client Success Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the success of the implementation, making recommendations for optimization and additional services as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation for insights into further improvements and future enhancements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, or technical project management (experience in localization or translation management systems is a must).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS), or software localization tools. Experience with APIs and integrations is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess and troubleshoot technical challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Location: Must be based within the NASA region (North America, South America).
