Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential B2B clients through market research and outreach.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Present and promote White Globe’s language solutions to prospective clients.

Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the language services industry is a plus.
