What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of translation projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in translated materials, maintaining Lexcode’s high standards of quality.
- Tools Management: Utilize translation management tools such as memoQ to streamline project workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in work
- Strong computer proficiency (advanced MS Office skills)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and undergo rigorous training;
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or an equivalent level of Korean language proficiency, is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work according to Korea’s schedule and observe Korean holidays
Work arrangement: Full-time, Hybrid
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: PHP 35,000-PHP 38,000
