Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven International Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and client relationships in the media & localization industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, international sales, and client acquisition for digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & engage potential clients (YouTube creators, e-learning platforms, media companies, and corporate clients) in USA, UK, UAE, and Europe.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls to generate leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our global market presence.
- Pitch and negotiate high-value deals for localization services.
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Work closely with the production & project management teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Requirements:
✅ 2-5+ years experience in B2B sales / media sales / SaaS sales / localization industry sales.
✅ Proven track record of closing high-value deals with international clients.
✅ Strong knowledge of sales techniques, cold outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken) with excellent communication skills.
✅ Ability to pitch and convert clients in USA, UK, UAE, and Europe.
✅ Experience selling to YouTube creators, e-learning platforms, or media companies is a plus.
✅ Comfortable with sales targets and performance-driven incentives.
✅ Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
✅ Self-motivated and driven by performance-based rewards.
