Job Summary
The International Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships in international markets. This role involves identifying opportunities, presenting language service solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the language services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Approach and engage potential clients to understand their language service needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide tailored language service solutions that meet client requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and present detailed proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and linguists, to ensure client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, Add on in the language services industry or a related field
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of the language services industry, including translation, localization, and interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate diverse international markets.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual capabilities.
- Experience working with clients in specific industries such as legal, medical, or technical sectors.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., certified Localization Professional).
