Your Role:
As an Interpretation Trainer, you will be instrumental in training and developing interpreters to ensure they provide top-quality services across different languages and markets. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining and improving the quality of our services, furthering our mission of seamless global communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver predefined training programs and adapt them based on trainee performance and program benchmarks.
- Utilise our LMS to combine self-study sessions with live training for an engaging learning experience.
- Develop and enhance training materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
- Review self-study sessions and technical training courses, recommending changes to our E-Learning team.
- Maintain and update a database of all training materials, sharing updates with fellow trainers.
- Coordinate and monitor program enrolment, schedules, logistics, testing, and satisfaction surveys.
- Monitor, review, and coach trainees on adherence, performance, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain training records and report on performance activities, attendance, tests, certifications, and retraining needs.
- Provide feedback on trainee status to concerned parties and offer constructive feedback when requested.
- Support trainees during their shadowing period and organise guest speakers from various departments before final handover.
- Maintain training KPIs, including training attrition, conversion, and satisfaction rates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development to apply new learning techniques.
- Perform other learning and development tasks as required by the business.

What We’re Looking For
- At least one (1) year of training experience, preferably in a call-centre environment.
- Fluent English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Experience in interpretation (OPI or VRI) is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in best practices for learning theories.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
- Flexible to work the US shift: 4 pm – 1 am Egypt time.
- Hybrid working model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
