We are searching for an IT Project Manager to join our team. The IT Project Manager will manage large projects (new system implementations, system upgrades, major enhancements). This is an exciting opportunity, working with our internal business partners and external software/IT resources in a fast-paced Agile environment to deliver innovative solutions which simplify the business and meet our internal and external customers’ need for immediacy, mobility, and ubiquity.
What You Will Do
- Predominantly manage global Infrastructure projects
- Manage delivery team, including standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ensure the delivery of changes/user stories with predictable velocity and quality
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Measure results of changes implemented to confirm business value
- Take ownership of an operational process i.e. change management, incident management
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Experience leading large technical projects; implementations and upgrades
- End to end Project Management experience: gathering requirements, vendor selection, planning and implementation, identifying risks and removing obstacles to achieve a successful outcome
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Great relationship builder
- Self-starter with experience leading small teams and motivating others to perform
- AI experience a plus
- PMP / Agile project management / ScrumMaster certification is a plus
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
