Responsible for successfully planning, executing, and closing out Managed Service projects, while maintaining team cohesion, customer satisfaction, and ensuring legal and internal policy compliance. Creativity and embracement of constant change are mandatory. Design of processes and building teams to address new types of customer needs are valuable characteristics.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Projects Management and Leadership (in terms of revenue, number of people to manage).
  • Forecast timelines in recruitment and delivery processes taking into account possible risks and team capacity.
  • Facilitate communication between onsite/off-shore teams.
  • Detailed project planning and management, including:- Managing project requisites and deliverables.- Monitoring project progress and performance.- Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
  • Handle full invoicing process.
  • Create and maintain complete and accurate documentation including internal and client specific processes.
  • Prepares and completes project specific education, coaching.
  • Maximizes utilization of his/her team members. Prepares alternative work for periods without projects – internal work on unit development, billable work for other teams and units.
  • Regularly monitors clients’ satisfaction with his/her team’s results and takes improvement actions.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent training in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in people and project coordination, or as a Manager backup.
  • Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate level – written and spoken) – Needs to hold calls in english as standard part of the job.
  • MS Office ( Internet – Word – Excel – Outlook – Gdocs – Sheets -PDF´S) – Intermediate level.
  • Sharepoint knowledge will be valued
  • Handle large amounts of files
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Networks (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Packaging projects creation, coordination and follow up with different stakeholders
  • LQA coordination, feedback scrubbing and implementation.
  • Feedback scrubbing.
  • Providing stakeholders insight of all ongoing projects.
  • Help with day to day training for newcomers.
  • Help Lead Project Manager with process updates/creation.
  • Handling the locazation process of certain materials end to end
  • Working very closely with design team
