JUNIOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Language Doctors, Inc. has a new opening for fresh, ambitious South and Central America account coordinators looking for an opportunity to grow in our team. With more than 20 years in the Translation and localization industry, we are happy to welcome new talent to our team in a multicultural environment for long-term engagement.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a relevant field
+ Over 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
+ Scrum master experience
+ Excellent customer engagement and relationship-building skills
+ Strong and collaborative problem solver
+ Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
+ Previous knowledge in creative writing and design is a plus
Key responsabilities:
+ Liaising between internal teams
+ Communicating with Clients, receiving complaints or requests, and providing them to internal teams
+ Organize and schedule tasks
+ Make daily reports to direct supervisors
Available schedule:
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm EST
