What You’ll Do
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring swift responses and solutions. 🌟
- Analyze customer needs, provide feedback to the product team, and contribute to improvements. 🔍
- Onboard new clients, train them on platform features, and support their adaptation process. 🖥️
- Monitor satisfaction, address challenges proactively, and improve renewal and upsell rates. 📈
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights. 📊
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and meet deadlines. ✨
- Track and analyze client feedback to enhance processes and offerings. 💡
- Support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and foster long-term client relationships. 🤝
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong multitasking, adaptability, and time management skills.
