What You’ll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring swift responses and solutions. 🌟
  • Analyze customer needs, provide feedback to the product team, and contribute to improvements. 🔍
  • Onboard new clients, train them on platform features, and support their adaptation process. 🖥️
  • Monitor satisfaction, address challenges proactively, and improve renewal and upsell rates. 📈
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights. 📊
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and meet deadlines. ✨
  • Track and analyze client feedback to enhance processes and offerings. 💡
  • Support contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and foster long-term client relationships. 🤝

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong multitasking, adaptability, and time management skills.
