Junior Localization Project Specialist

  • Day-to-day execution of assigned part of the localization projects
  • Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
  • Fill out time management tools correctly and on time
  • Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
  • Delegating tasks effectively to team assistans and freelancers
  • Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
  • Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
  • Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
  • Constant learning and skills improvement


  • Min. 1 year of experience in coordination and execution of translation/localization projects
  • Experience in working with clients for at least 1 year – Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situations
  • Advanced level of English – at least C1
  • Experience in working for pharma/medical industry will be a big plus
  • Independence and proactive approach

  • Knowledge of excel (intermediate level)

What You Can Expect In The Recruitment Process

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) – at this stage, we will select the CVs that will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (videocall)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with Direct Manager (videocall)
  • Step 4 Preparing and presenting a task (in the office)
