Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Producer/Account Manager. As a Junior Producer/Account Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production and management of voiceover projects, ensuring the seamless execution of each project from start to finish. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets and timelines, sourcing and collaborating with voice artists, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development efforts and build strong relationships with clients to drive future growth while taking part in the following process’.

  • Pre-Production Planning

  1. Assist account managers and clients with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, asset management, and workflow for assigned projects.
  2. Research and secure talent, and/or studios needed for recordings.
  3. Manage communication, booking, and invoicing with external vendors.

  • Production Support

  1. Assist producers and account managers with logistics, talent coordination, and recording schedule.
  2. Attend live recording session via zoom to ensure flawless recording and provide support and direction.
  3. Edit audio takes to video and create mock up previews.

  • Administrative

  1. Assist with managing production budgets, including entering expenses.
  2. Update casting database on a weekly basis.
  3. Identify new partner studios.


  • Prior experience in a producer or account management role, preferably in the localization or voiceover industry
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, voice artists, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Slavic languages is a plus
  • A passion for the creative industry and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Skills required:

– Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Audacity)

– Strong attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills in English and knowledgee of basic office tools

-Adobe package knowledge is a plus
