Trados Project Manger will be working on typical Professional Services projects involving Trados language technology (Trados Enterprise/Language Cloud, GroupShare, Studio etc.).
PS Projects are mainly customer facing (although there are also internal projects) and of technical nature like new implementations / consulting / transitions from legacy products / upgrades.
The Project Manager will ensure execution and delivery of project objectives in compliance with the Statement of Work,
with emphasis on the following Project Management Measurements: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client-facing technical projects from kick-off to closure. The Project manager coordinates the work delivered by Professional Services’ technical consultants, and is responsible for managing communication, budgets, scheduling, and reporting
- Communicate progress against objectives of the project to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO team by seeking opportunities for optimization in collaboration with other project managers.
- Develop and manage relationships and expectations with the client
- Coordinate with internal technical consultants, support engineers, product owners and sales account managers as required to successfully deliver the project and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Preferred 1 – 3 years of experience with client-facing projects at the junior to mid-level
- Preferred 1 – 3 years of experience working with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders to understand the motivation, timeframe and acceptable level of effort for tasks.
- Demonstrate strong relationship management, both internally and externally
- Display a dependable, strong work ethic
- Able to learn internal tools and follow processes.
- Takes ownership for projects and accepts responsibility.
- Able to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- must strive to be an independent problem-solver who thrives in an evolving complex environment.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Microsoft Project and Atlassian Jira / Tempo systems.
