Junior Project Manager (non tech)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end localization process for various projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage translation assets, including glossaries, style guides, and translation memories.
  • Use CAT tools and project management platforms to track progress and maintain efficiency.
  • Oversee quality assurance (QA) checks and address feedback from clients and reviewers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project execution, tools, or resources.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Education: Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in localization, translation, or project coordination.
  • English level :fluent
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados, memoQ, Memsource).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
