Effectiff is seeking for a Junior RFP Writer to analyze the market and competitors, identify viable RFP opportunities, and assess their feasibility. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and submitting high- quality RFP responses that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Write technical responses to RFPs in the US
• Work closely with Sales, Operations & Finance to facilitate the response details
• Gather RFP response and proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinate submission of content, identify and communicate risks associated with RFP responses
• Analyze and track the RFP requirements against received RFP response content to ensure alignment with a proposal response strategy, compliance, and completeness of content throughout the RFP development effort • Work to tight deadlines, ensuring that a 100% on-time response rate is achieved
The ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent English
- Technical writing and/or translation experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in various software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in RFP development within the translation and localization industry, or experience in RFP translation, is a plus
