Junior Sales Development Representative

Job Duties:

  • Align MotionPoint’s refined ICP (Ideal Customer Portfolio) with prospecting efforts.
  • Perform daily research of prospects using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, the Wayback Machine & Zoominfo.
  • Source new translation opportunities for website, portal & mobile application localization via research efforts.
  • Enter & update contact information, company attributes and research notes in Salesforce.
  • Perform research on competitors, consumer behavior, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods
  • Assist in creating prospecting sequence templates via Outreach.io.
  • Responsible for booking MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) inbound appointments for Account Executives via phone, email & LinkedIn. These will be leads who reach out to MotionPoint for a conversation. Most of the communication will be via email rather than phone
  • Responsible for assisting Account Executives in filling out site complexity scorecards within Salesforce.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in O365 applications (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Results driven & competitive nature.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and timely follow-up.
  • Commitment to independent learning and training.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Jr. SDR is expected to set 15 Qualified MQL appointments a quarter.
  • Jr. SDR will prepare 20-50 accounts/day each with at least 5 contacts for SDR prospecting. (goals are dependent on full-time/part-time).
