Key Responsibilities:
- Manage translation projects from initiation to delivery, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Coordinate with translators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of translations
- Review and track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may impact project timelines or quality
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including general manager, branches’ coordinators, and translators
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards for translation projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with branches’ coordinators, translators, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (eg. Faculty of Linguistics & Translation, Faculty of Education, English studies, Faculty of Arts, English studies, or Faculty of Al-Alsun, English studies)
- 2+ years of experience in translation project administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Knowledge of CAT tools (e.g., Trados)
- Familiarity with industry-standard translation quality control processes

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of desktop publishing and multimedia localization
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
