We are looking for a dedicated and organized Junior Vendor Manager to join our team in the dynamic field of translation and localization. As a Junior Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our network of linguists and translation vendors, ensuring timely project deliveries, and maintaining quality standards across languages and regions. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating with linguists and other language experts to support diverse, global projects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for bridging linguistic and cultural gaps to meet our clients’ localization needs
Responsibilities
- -Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- -Using social media tools for recruitment.
- -Providing monthly reports on vendors recruitment.
- -Negotiating contracts and resolving issues with vendors
- -Collaborating with other departments involved in the vendor management process (finance and operations)
- -Observing and tracking vendor performance with our Project Management department
- -Establishing trusting bonds with existing vendors.
Qualifications
- 2- 3 Years of experience in Translation &Localization industry.
- Previous experience in Vendor management is preferred .
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree( Faculty of Arts & Alsun Graduates are preferred)
