Korean Language Specialist

Your Role

 Database Hygiene & Maintenance:

  • Regularly audit and clean the Korean database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Correct and standardize double-byte characters in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage duplicates and incomplete records for a streamlined database

Translation & Localization Support:

  • Translate Korean text into English for accurate record updates and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist marketers with interpreting Korean data and ensuring translations align with business objectives.

Lead-to-Account Matching:

  • Improve lead-to-account matching processes for Korean data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to link leads to the correct accounts based on local nuances.

Proactive Problem Solving:

  • Identify and address database issues before they impact marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing and sales teams to align on data standards.

Marketer Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for database-related queries from marketers focusing on the Korean region.
  • Provide training or guidance on best practices for managing Korean data within Salesforce.com.

 

What You Will Bring

 

Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean and strong command of English.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of double-byte character systems and their application in databases.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in database management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience working with Korean data is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of lead management, segmentation, and data enrichment techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or business application tools
  • Experience working in a global team or supporting multilingual databases.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

 

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement; however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
