Position: Learning & Development Intern

Location: Dubai, UAE

Duration: 3 months (temporary, full-time)

Reports To: Learning & Development Program Manager

 

Role Overview

Sharaf DG is seeking an Arabic-speaking Learning & Development Intern with experience in instructional design tools to support our KSA training project. You will assist in creating and organizing interactive training content, with a focus on localization and multimedia content development. Working under the guidance of the Program Manager, you’ll play a vital role in developing eLearning modules and adapting content for our new team members in Saudi Arabia.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructional Design & Content Development

◦ Assist in creating initial drafts and organizing training materials based on existing SOPs and guidelines, adapting content to be culturally relevant for the Saudi Arabian market.

◦ Assist in basic content creation and eLearning modules by using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Kahoot, and Adobe Premiere Pro. You’ll work on developing scenario-based learning exercises, gamified assessments, animations, and video content to ensure engaging and effective training experiences.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Support

◦ Upload and manage eLearning content on the LMS, ensuring proper formatting and accessibility for learners. Conduct initial quality checks and report any issues to the Program Manager.

3. Localization & Administrative Support

◦ Coordinate with translation resources to review and localize Arabic content, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.

◦ Track course assignments, monitor learner progress, and gather feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, or a related field.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Experience with instructional design and multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Kahoot, and Adobe Premiere Pro is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
