Our Localisation team is made up of extremely creative and analytical individuals. They know how to charm you with the right sentences. And they do it every time!

We’re looking for a Localisation Project Manager to manage our localisation function, which consists of a communication team and a product team. You will be defining our tone of voice and strategic messaging to deliver copy that engages and excites customers across the globe, while upholding the best practices of localisation 🌎

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing leadership and mentorship for Language Owners and Translators
  • Overseeing and monitoring daily localisation production
  • Owning quality checks process on the localised content of the team, distributing tasks, and controlling quality, thus having a direct impact on thousands of customers
  • Hiring A players for the company
  • Ensuring that all daily translation/copywriting tasks are being performed
  • Optimising the quality of the existing website, mobile app, and communication content by designing, improving, and fine tuning the localisation framework
  • Liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficiency around daily workflows
  • Working with the latest versions of the App/Website on a daily basis and ensuring that we deliver the most outstanding localised platforms among FinTechs

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in localisation project management, as well as previous experience in managing a team of 10+ people
  • Strong writing, editorial, and reviewing skills
  • Experience in writing creative and engaging content
  • Experience leading several ongoing projects
  • A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas
  • Previous project management experience in secondary localisation agency
  • Experience in defining localisation processes and products
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a natural ability to break big tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be monitored and tracked

Nice to have

  • CAT tool and TMS knowledge
  • A degree in linguistics
