Description

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking candidates for a fully remote Localization Analysts to support our global client on an interim basis. These roles are part of a long-term project supporting a global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Each role requires specialization in one of several global regions: Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa/Middle East. Candidates will manage their respective region’s localization needs, collaborate closely with a Localization Lead, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and report region-specific localization needs, ensuring compliance in support of the global ERP implementation.
  • Actively engage in design workshops, assisting in creating localized solutions compliant with industry-wide tech standards.
  • Meticulously document process flows and solutions, ensuring all localization needs are met during the design and implementation phases.
  • Conduct detailed testing of configured solutions to assure operational effectiveness within the designated region.
  • Work in sync with the Localization Lead to manage localization requirements specific to the assigned region.
  • Must have previous experience with internationalization and localization processes.
  • Strong analytical prowess for interpreting localization requirements.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in validation and testing of localized solutions post-implementation.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to create comprehensive process and flow documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related.
  • Relevant certification in localization processes will be a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in localization or finance-related projects, preferably with exposure to global or regional financial systems.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements in the specialized region.
  • Experience in using localization tools and software.
  • Knowledge of business practices and cultural norms of multiple regions.
  • Prior exposure to ERP systems or similar financial software is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of localization processes, especially within the context of financial systems.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with diverse testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in documenting process flows, requirements, and configurations in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with stakeholders from various regions.
