We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Localization Business Development Manager to join our team at CSOFT International. As a BDM, you’ll play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless project execution and build strong relationships with key accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and target forward-thinking companies across the globe
- Manage existing international accounts and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive the RFP/RFI process through cold-calling, networking, and email
- Secure major accounts from multinational companies across all industries
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure project success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Hunter Sales Mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or above (or currently studying) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in an international environment
- Sales experience in the localization industry is required
