Campaign Manager assists in planning and executing marketing strategies on behalf of our clients or next to our clients based on the Campaign Strategy, as well as drive operational efficiencies.
The Localization team helps Client’s ideas and products look, feel and sound natural to users in their own countries. The Team collaborates with international Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to steer products through the localization process and ensure successful launches across the globe. The Team is an international collection of enthusiastic, creative and knowledgeable people who excel in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
You are an excellent communicator who plays a strategic role by building relationships with partner teams to establish needs, deadlines and budgets. You will flex your project management skills in order to ensure that our Localization process runs effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a good understanding of market expectations for localization quality and how Client’s products fit in the market, and create language strategy to enable native language experience to users.
Be a critical partner for the client’s teams with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Communications to enable native language experiences for products for Global users.
Engage regularly with local stakeholders to understand their priorities, and share updates on language strategy and global localization services.
Ensure client’s translation and review vendors deliver high quality translations that align with client’s language standards. Assess vendor metrics to identify issues/trends, and use metrics to drive improvements with local vendors.
Create and meaningfully evolve language guidelines (e.g., Style Guide, Terminology) and global language strategy for client, taking into account input from users, stakeholders, and tech language industry trends.
Build relationships with product teams, educating them on localization processes, and advocating for global users.
Monitor and optimize localization services, identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
Manage localization budgets, collaborate with stakeholders on annual planning and cost optimization.
Develop and implement a localization goal and strategy, including identifying new business opportunities.
Lead the localization of Client’s products, overseeing project delivery, cost, and quality, and managing vendor execution.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience as a linguist, copywriter, writer, or editor.
Experience in program management.
Experience in partner/stakeholder management while working with cross-functional teams and across time zones.
Experience with video, creative, localization, journalism, public communications, or the online marketing/advertising industry.
Ability to relate to ambiguity, work separately, and chart the direction of projects.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment
Excellent administrative and documentation skills.
Understanding of leading practices in email marketing
