Localization Content Manager

We are looking for a Localization Content Manager with a background in translation to oversee the multilingual adaptation of our Microsoft training content. This role involves managing a network of 4-5 translators per language, ensuring high-quality translations and dubbing for Asian and European languages, and maintaining efficient localization workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the translation and dubbing of training content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple languages.
  • Work closely with 4-5 translators per language to maintain linguistic and technical quality.
  • Perform quality checks on translated content to ensure adherence to Microsoft’s terminology and branding guidelines.
  • Oversee video dubbing processes, coordinating with voice-over artists and video editors.
  • Maintain version control and track updates across multiple language variants.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure localized content aligns with the original training objectives.
  • Optimize workflows for translation, review, and content delivery.
  • Ensure proper organization, tagging, and accessibility of localized content in repositories.
  • Generate reports on localization progress, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, or content management.
  • Prior experience as a translator, with working knowledge of at least one Asian or European language.
  • Familiarity with translation management systems (TMS) and localization tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with translators, editors, and multimedia specialists.
  • Exposure to Microsoft technologies and cloud services is a plus.
