Localization Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and engage high-potential leads to fuel our business expansion. As a key member of the sales team, you will utilize proven lead generation techniques, leverage advanced tools and platforms, and collaborate across departments to drive measurable growth. This role combines strategic prospecting with relationship-building to create long-term value for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify, research, and engage with potential clients using sales platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot), and other lead generation systems (Appolo.io, ZoomInfo).
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns, including cold emails, calls, and follow-ups, to generate qualified leads.

Qualification of Leads:

  • Assess the needs of potential clients through discovery calls and emails, qualifying them as high-value prospects.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to position the company’s services as tailored solutions to client challenges.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and ensure lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into opportunities and ensure a seamless handoff.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect information and engagement details.
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Market Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation tools.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings based on client needs and market demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in Lead Generation role for the Translation, Localization, Content industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and pipeline development targets.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and prospecting strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Appolo, ZoomInfo).
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve lead generation outcomes.

Other:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
