We are looking

For an experienced Localization Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in making our products accessible to target markets, driving growth, and expanding our global reach. Your main responsibilities will include managing end-to-end localization requests and supporting marketing efforts in key regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and language resources to ensure successful product localization and continuously enhance the user experience.

Get ready to

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of localization projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, internal stakeholders and outsourced specialists to ensure successful localization of digital and physical products
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure adherence to product-specific requirements and maintain technical and cultural consistency
  • Develop and implement best practices and process improvements, including planning system migration and enhancing quality assessment procedures
  • Create and maintain localization documentation, style guides, glossaries, and reference materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across all products and languages
  • Select, onboard, and manage localization resources (e.g., freelance linguists, market research specialists, copywriters, designers) to ensure quality and timely delivery

We expect you to

  • Have 3+ years in localization, with a focus on international markets or hands-on localization work.
  • Have proficiency with CAT tools such as Lokalise and Phrase is preferred.
  • Have experience with TMS migration at the company level is a plus, especially with large-scale impacts.
  • Be comfortable interacting with developers and marketing teams.
  • Understand the key markets (e.g., USA, E5 Countries, Latin America, Canada) and their cultural and regulatory requirements.
  • Have strong problem-solving, time management, and strategic thinking skills; ability to navigate rapid changes and uncertain situations effectively.
  • Be up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in wellness/weight management.
  • Have excellent project management and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2300-3000 EUR/month.

Location

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
