LOCATION: Hybrid, any location within Singapore



Client Dedicated Team is responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of game localization projects for this major Account, covering continuous services with a team distributed in several regions. This Team has specific duties, and at the same time is part of the core organizational structure. 


This role sits within the Client Dedicated Team in the Localization Area. The prime purpose of this role is to take care of communications with global and regional stakeholders and provide coordination and PM support for regional Localization initiatives in the APAC time zone to deliver on expected operational outcomes.

Under close guidance of the regional and global Localization Operations team, the Localization Operations Specialist will focus on executing assigned tasks efficiently, while contributing towards driving operational initiatives that build sustainable processes and enhance resonance of final outcomes at the regional level.


Staff reporting to this post: None directly. Will coordinate resources on a project level.


The Localization Operations Specialist operates in concert with the Localization Operations and Project Manager teams, supporting the daily localization operations, working as the point of contact for global and regional stakeholders.

  • Act as a central point of contact for localization-related queries and provide timely and informative responses to internal customers and other stakeholders located within the APAC time zone (LQA, Requesters, Loc Production, Vendors, etc.)  
  • Collaborate closely with various localization teams, external resources, and internal customers to resolve daily operational challenges and execution of assigned tasks
  • Provide essential support to Localization Operations Managers in onboarding and managing external localization partners effectively, including but not limited to access management
  • Initiate meetings with stakeholders as necessary to troubleshoot and brief based on task requirements 
  • Consolidation of weekly status reports on all assigned tasks/initiatives 
  • Keep track of timelines and problem-solve to eliminate blockers within scope of autonomy on assigned tasks/initiatives
  • Create execution plans for more complex tasks (project brief, timeline, milestones etc.) and drive execution, problem-solving independently through to completion.  
  • Work in tandem with Loc Operations team to continuously improve localization operations and develop best practices for regional workflows and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Translation, Linguistics, Communication or Management fields, although other backgrounds will also be considered.



  • Minimum 3 years of experience as project manager in a costumer facing role
  • Knowledge of localization project practices and standards 
  • Working experience with CAT tools 
  • Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and capacity to work collaboratively to deliver effective solutions to project related issues 
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & oral) 
  • Cultural awareness to work in an international and global context 
  • Tech Savvy 
  • Detail-oriented and organized 
  • High empathy for stakeholders 
  • Ability to self-orientate within complex, nuanced situations 



  • Videogames industry experience 
  • Experience with Project Management software 
  • Passionate about videogames 
  • Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese)
  • Ability to commute and work from APAC office (Singapore) two days per week is a plus
